This is an overview of the printing hall. Search with your mouse to find out how it works.

Heat recovery system

The press generates heat during printing. Thanks to the heat recovery system, this heat is not lost but used to heat the room.

Acoustic panels

These panels hang throughout the printing house and office to reduce noise pollution. Besides panels, we also use fabric coverings for this purpose.

Behind the printing press

The printer stands behind the press, also called the delivery of the press. The front is called the infeed because that is where the paper comes into the printing press.

Offsetpress

Our KBA 106 HR UV is no ordinary printing press; it is our dream press, our all-rounder. With its exceptional capabilities and precision, we can handle the most challenging projects and take your printing to the next level.

Waste paper

Waste paper is collected weekly to be recycled for new paper.

Paper warehouse

Here you will find paper that we ordered for customers. We also have remnants in stock. We supply leftover paper to schools, nurseries and art academies. We also offer customers the option of using leftover sheets for their desired production.

Photostudio

This is where we do the photography for our socials, such as Instagram and LinkedIn. In doing so, we focus on both the content of the book and the aesthetic experience.

Speedmaster 52

Here you can see why we also call the speedmaster our 'small offset press'. On this we produce small-format printing with PMS inks. Full colour goes to the KBA.

Control panel

This is where communication between the press and the printer takes place. On the screen, the printer can read and enter data and thus adjust the press. This includes, for example, measuring, checking and controlling the ink-moisture balance and keeping the press tuned. In addition, you can view the sheet under the daylight lamp. The control panel is basically the cockpit of the press.

Jobbing press

This is a Heidelberg that has been around for a long time in the graphic industry. We use this machine for die-cutting, creasing, and embossing. Our latest version also has an ink duct, so we can do letterpress up to 25 x 35 cm on it.

Ready to ship

In this airlock, all printed matter is prepared for further processing.

The iconic bookcase

A terrific gift from our partner Wifac. We use this comfortable bookcase for the books we give to customers and visitors to the printing house.

Paper cutter 2

Our Perfecta 132 (year 2020), cuts up to 1320 mm wide.
